Refund & Return Policy

Overview

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we offer a risk-free return policy within 30 days of delivery.

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging.

What's eligible

  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
  • Original packaging should be intact where possible.
  • Custom or personalized items (engraved names, custom designs) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Final-sale items are non-returnable.

How to return an item

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within one business day with return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund — including original shipping — at no cost to you.
